Halo was very likely built on xbone and then ported to series x
It was it was even mentioned by one of them at Microsoft. ( Unofficially) around 2018.
I just kind of thought that was understood by most people
Halo was very likely built on xbone and then ported to series x
Yeah that has to be an Xbox One game. They pulled a Breath of the Wild with that one.
yeah they moving the goal postBUMP
"Series X games won't be held back"
"Games will be scaled accordingly"
"Sony stans acting like they can't down port Halo and other games to Xbox One"
Yeah, the game as shown today is cleary being held back something serious. Even ray tracing isn't coming at launch. It running at "4k/60fps" doesn't magically make the game not look underwhelming after the hype MSFT kept putting out there.
I was right but the fans didn't want to hear it. A showcase title shouldn't be looking this rough visually.
yeah they moving the goal post
they were so confident in the Series X's power and MS's bullshyt and are now blaming cross gen gtfoh
The Xbox can be so much more than what they are now but they don't understand how to play the game as well as Sony
You don't want Sony getting cocky because it's downhill from there
MS helped bring the best out of Sony and we got gifted the PS4
The 360 was there best attempt idk what happened since
All facts
Microsoft needs a new marketing team because they spent what feels like an eternity talking up cross gen and not leaving XB1 players behind only for every new title they announced to be Series X exclusive. They muddied their messaging for no god damn reason.

MS is dumbPeople don't understand that the CPU and IO are so much better on these newer consoles that they are in fact sacrificing performance to keep back compat. They would have to make separate games to differentiate themselves and that would cost to much.
Like why is this still supported
