The Xbox One was a quiet, cool, tank. You might want to revisit your setup. My OG still works, besides the disc drive being a bit tricky.

I mean if I'm being real, both consoles performed admirably for me this generation.
Though the ps4 went down a couple times after I pawned it off to the little brother
