A lot of black people, desperate to be accepted by anyone but other black people, are willing to be marginalized for the sake of inclusion. A condescending pat on the head or worse is perfectly fine by them, so long as they can feel convinced - even if it's a charade - that they have white and Asian friends. I don't care if the name of the group was coined by black people. That completely ignores the dehumanizing aspect of the name and why any black person should find it objectionable. :francis:

fukk are you talking about.:dahell:

Black people call themselves black Every day B :stopitslime: Plenty of groups call themselves “blacks in.......”

The group is a way for black people who work for Microsoft all over the world to connect with each other.

It’s literally the opposite of this nonsense you just made up

What the hell does this have to do with that last nonsense you typed out.

Language is fluid. An adjective is not always an adjective.

Blacks at Xbox

Lots of very smart, accomplished, respect worthy people getting it wrong then:stopitslime:

English clearly isn't your strong suit. "Blacks in technology" is not the same as "Blacks at Xbox," the former being an adjectival description of a class of people within an industry and the latter being a noun that has objectified the group of black people working at within Microsoft's Xbox division.
