They may be able to attract a QB on the level of Kelly Bryant when he was transferring out of Clemson, but the high level prospects like a Jacob Eason are not going to opt for the XFL over playing in college and elevating to the NFL unless they significantly increase the salaries.

i think espn had a segment on if the xfl is a option for qbs in transfer portal
