If you're gonna talk about older smackdown games, how can you not mention HCTP? easily the best wrestling game.
Smackdown 1 & 2 were great for their time, and smackdown 2's career/story was pretty sweet too.

I got Smackdown 1 as a birthday present. Played that disc till it was almost unreadable. So many classic matches with HHH vs Mankind and Rock vs Mankind. Big Bossman was my favorite character. His comeback as a heel >>>.
