I started watching wrestling around 88 so I remember all of that. By the time the attitude era came around I was like 12. But even in the 80s they had like the Road Warriors, the 4 horsemen who would jump Sting or Dusty Rhodes. It could be that they don't do a good job helping the newer wrestlers have bigger personalities.
