Nah.

Yeah, his mic charisma needs work...but Brock has damn near a half-Tyson voice at times, and Paul Heyman as a mouthpiece. Plus, Cesaro is far more comfortable as a face, rather than a half-assed heel.

His following would be better if they deliberately didn't try to squash him (i.e., originally sticking him with Jack Swagger, taking away his swing, giving him an annoying ass theme)

And you pointed out what everyone already knows, he's top notch in the ring.

He's also one of the few guys with enough strength and size to seemingly stand a chance, plus as I've been saying...he's the only guy who deserves the undoubted megastar rub one would get from beating Lesnar.

As for how he's been booked recently...a better win average up to a RR win = all the build he would need.

Challenger, yes. He can definitely be booked into a shot the way R-Truth was.

...but the bolded, I can't rock with. I'm a BIG Cesaro fan, but I comfortable enough in my business knowledge to know that he absolutely can NOT be the guy to beat Lesnar...especially not with what we've seen.

Give Cesaro a program with Jericho. Give him a program with Bray. Give him a program with Rollins. Let's see how he sells an actual feud and convinces me that he wouldn't get booked into a squash.

Cena went out there and put his HEART into a promo against Lesnar...and got squashed. There's no way that you can sell me on Cesaro being competitive enough to go over here. He's got many miles to go.
