Basically. Rock could get the shyt beaten out of him on Sunday and come out the very next night and get all his heat back with one promo. Hell, if he was really on his shyt, he could trick you into thinking the guy who just beat him was the bytch.

He probably did need to be a little more selfish, but eh.

The Rock was always against overbooking, keep him from being too dominate, and wanted to make the next person as big as him. Rock of all people knew it took 2 to tango and making superstars takes a huge load off of him. Rock took Ls to Austin, Foley, Undertaker, HHH, Angle, Jericho, and etc. Rock was a great main event star, because he knew when to lose enough to have some sort of suspense when he wins. It never turned into a Cena or Reigns like booking.

Rock didn't need a win over Austin.

They're treating DB like post-back injury HBK. Putting him in high profile non-title feuds but doubt he'll touch the belt again.

I think its leading to a huge title win...
