I'm 29 so I guess I technically grew up during the AE & the Ruthless Agression era. Although for me, I spent a big ass amount from like 04-08 being a TNA guy because WWE was so trash to me.

From 07-09 I may have been a bigger TNA fan than WWE fan. When I first saw Impact and saw Kurt Angle over there I was like :krs:. Then I saw these young dudes like AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Jay Lethal and I was like :ohhh:. Also my dad put me on to old WCW/NWA so when I saw Sting and Kevin Nash over there too it blew my mind :mindblown:. Plus the six sided ring was dope to me too.

2010 almost killed my wrestling fandom though, what an awful year for both companies :snoop:.

I legit remember the first time I got hooked on TNA, It was

shyt had me like

Then they lost the FS1 deal for a few months before getting the spike deal so it was hard as hell to watch, But that Spike debut was :lawd: then shortly after Christian jumped, then they signed Sting, and then Angle and it was a wrap for me.

I'm 22:manny:

Can't help when you born, plus I feel like I seen the best of the Attitude era just off shyt they show in moments/recaps/YouTube. I'm not gonna debate eras cause whenever you first start watching is when you like it the best, that being said yes my era was GOAT:blessed:

Breh! We grew up on Batista, John Cena, Edge, Rey Mysterio, Jeff Hardy, CM Punk, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Undertaker, Shelton Benjamin, Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, Mark Henry, Bobby Lashley, Booker T, and a Chris Benoit that hadn't snapped yet, these nikkas growing up on Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins just don't know :wow:.

Just watched the first episode.

Glad they gave WCW its props for being the competition it needed.

Mark jindrak cameo:blessed:

Can't be a documentary without HHH king of kings plug in:mjlol:

I remember the stone cold/Eric bischoff dynamic being really enjoyable to watch.

That survivor series match is still one of the best matches during that era:wow:

A lot of the shenanigans they were referring to like the divas mud wrestling, booker & goldust, lesbian angles, etc I loved:yeshrug:

Except the Billy & chuck stuff:hhh:

I started watching WWE in the summer of 2008. It was right at the tail end of the Ruthless Aggression era leading into the PG era, so the company still had some soul left. Watching WWE was like a whole new world. Everything was exciting, everything felt important. Made you feel like what you were about to watch was going to change your life. :wow:

Two-hour RAWs with the Papa Roach intro :wow:

CM Punk's rise to the main event scene :wow:

Every PPV having fire theme music :wow:

Undertaker's return at SummerSlam :wow:

The Michaels/Jericho rivalry :wow:

Specialty matches that were actually meaningful and dangerous. If it was an unsanctioned match, you better be ready to get your ass beat until you can't move. :wow:

The last taste of J.R. before he left a year later. :wow:

Cena/Batista at SummerSlam, where Cena got that herniated disk, took some time off, came back at Survivor Series and won the WHC in his hometown :wow:

Jeff Hardy's whole story arc to becoming the WWE Champion :wow:

If WWE in 2020 was more like WWE in 2008, I would tune into both RAW and SmackDown every week. :mjcry:

They did a good job with the evolution documentary. The Batista build was a high spot in that era.
I'll say this about that HHH reign of terror, Batista was probably the best thing to come out of it. Batista post WM21 is probably the hottest that i've ever seen a wrestler tbh. Beat HHH 3 times in a row, Which was fukking unheard of. Dude's momentum was off the charts :wow:

Sucked that injury happened when it did because he was never able to get back to that point.
