Everyone except Ambrose re-signs :pachaha:yet we’re supposed to believe people can’t wait to leave :stopitslime:

AJ 20 yrs in the biz and says it’s the best place he’s ever worked at.

Sting said after working with them, he should have came over a long time ago.

:mjlol::mjlol: at naming two guys who literally did everything for other companies and the WWE being their final check mark. Styles came to the WWE at 39, after spending most of his career being loyal to a company that screwed him in the end. Sting has been one of the most unselfish wrestlers ever (which was unfortunately a flaw with people taking advantage of him sometimes), so it was nothing for him to finally come to the WWE, take 2 pins and ride off into the sunset.

Jinder suffered from the same thing Kofi is now; you can’t make a midcarder or lower carder a main eventer unless he’s facing actual main event stars for a while. Orton was a good start, but then they put him with Nakamura and killed his reign. Nakamura was over with some fans but not an actual star main eventer yet, so it was just a match between two midcarder with a prop involved.

Same thing you see with Kofi now. If they were actually trying to make Kofi a star and real main eventer he’d need to face D Bry, Orton, or a Reigns. Ziggler, Owens, and Joe are all good workers, but not main event, top guys. They’re guys you throw in a main event every now and then, no bigger than Kofi.

Nakamura was one of the biggest stars on the roster at that time and had just beaten Cena clean :comeon:

Kofi has been booked excellent, putting on really good matches, and has the crowd firmly behind him. Kofi has always had crowd support, even during some stale periods, as he’s been a face most of his career. The fans were firmly buying into Kofi after that amazing display in the gauntlet on SD. It’s literally the complete opposite of Jinder. Jinder had been a literal jobber for years, made his return to the WWE with a new body, and was rocketed to a title after concussing Finn Balor and beating Swagger in 5 minutes. Jinder was only getting great reactions like the first 3 weeks, then the crowd finally realized Jinder had the title and lost interest. It didn’t help they turned Jinder from looking like an actual threat upon winning the title to a generic p*ssy foreign heel. Overall, their reigns aren’t alike in the slightest.

I don't mind Jinder, he turned into a decent promo but the WWE has been signing a lot of their more sub par talent to these contracts lately rather than the elite talent. If you're a top WWE guy business wise make a lot of sense to delay the deal because you can play both companies off against eachother, a guy like Daniel Bryan's value if he stays healthy would be so high right now.
