Nias actually really good. Shes sort of a one of a kind character in that she can move pretty well for her size and isn't just a hideous monster. She can be a face for fat girls.

Athletically? No she isnt and isnt as strong either. Kong is a master in the ring and has carried so many workers and outworked some of the best Japanese workers of the last 7 years. Nia cant even do 3 cohesive spots back to back without it looking sloppy and off center.
