Exactly! That's the funniest thing about the whole story. Her character in the two years she's been around hasn't really accomplished ANYTHING other than sleeping with or stalking male wrestlers. It what got her noticed in the 1st place.

Loved this write up of the honestly surprising cheering of Rhodes Scholars getting the pinfall on Car Stereo:

1. It was the first match of Raw, so the crowd still loved being live for pro wrestling and hadn’t yet been beaten down with 2 hours and 45 minutes of in-ring promos and commercial breaks.

2. It was really good, and sometimes by the end of a good match you don’t care so much about who wins, you’re just happy to have seen a really good wrestling match.

3. Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow are cool. Think about it. Who’s on top of WWE right now? An aging dorky guy in jorts and Breast Cancer Awareness clothes. A stressful, abrasive guy in a hoodie with no pants with a below average man’s physique. A guy so white they call him GREAT WHITE who plays with toys on Raw and can’t speak without sounding like the type who’d crack up at your forwarded list of lawyer jokes. Look at the undercard. A guy with a funny accent who wears a snake puppet on his arm. A guy with a YouTube show who calls himself the Internet Champion. A guy who talks to an invisible child. Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow are smart, physically fit pro wrestlers who win matches with violence and cunning instead of cowardice and shortcuts and don’t give a f**k what the trogs in the WWE Universe think about them. Out of all of those people, who would you most like to be?

Rey Mysterio & Sin Cara vs. Damien Sandow & Cody Rhodes opened at a 2.46 rating which is a very weak open. Kofi Kingston vs. Michael McGillicutty lost 41,000 viewers. John Cena doing his promo for Ryback and C.M. Punk and Paul Heyman coming out gained 530,000 viewers. Antonio Cesaro vs. Justin Gabriel lost 372,000 viewers. The high point of the show came with Vince McMahon, A.J., Paul Heyman and Vickie Guerrero out which gained 529,000 viewers to a 2.91 quarter. The 9 p.m. segment has usually been showing good growth. My feeling watching that segment is that A.J. is going to be a lot more of a star away from the G.M. role. I think she sucked in the role and people resented her. But now that she was screwed out of the position and is back in a sympathetic role, she’s going to do a lot better when people don’t see her in a position that it makes no sense for her to be in. Ryback vs. The Miz and the Kaitlyn, Eve Torres and Layla brawl lost 613,000 viewers. Considering that was the Ryback quarter, it speaks volumes about where he is right now with the masses. Daniel Bryan vs. Dolph Ziggler lost 253,000 viewers with their great match which finished doing a 2.31 quarter, the lowest for a non-holiday show in 15 years, although this record was broken later in the night. The Newly Tagged game and Kane vs. Show gained 62,000 viewers in the 10 p.m. segment but that segment has been dead for a while. John Cena confronting Vince McMahon and Vickie Guerrero and Alberto Del Rio vs. Zack Ryder gained 26,000 viewers. Then, in the lowest quarter going back 15 years and it may be a lot of years before this is broken, an interview with Dolph Ziggler, a Ryback promotional piece and the entrance of the lumberjacks lost 319,000 viewers to a 2.15 quarter. C.M. Punk vs. Sheamus in the champion vs. champion lumberjack match gained 1,058,000 viewers which is awesome anytime but particularly on this night, finishing at 2.89.

Main event growth saw Teenage boys stay at 1.9, Males 18-49 from 2.0 to 2.9, Teenage girls from 0.5 to 0.7 and Women 18-49 from 0.8 to 0.9.

Cool. Punk and Sheamus' match drew...but the AJ segment was the most impressive without an overrun flip.

And what do you know...John Cena was wrong. It wasn't the "9 year olds that is the majority of their audience" that brought in the numbers. It was men from 18-49 and that's why he gets heat. He's a fukking imbecile that the majority hates.

Probably the biggest since McMahon returned, right? I missed his final number. Last really big one I remember was Big Show was crying but all of that paled compared to the overall 6 million that Rock/D Bry did at Raw 1000 and for the CM Punk heel turn on Rock too.
