That statement maybe was incorrect, maybe Santino status is better, dude is entertaining but prolly for the wrong reasons, the look like a goat jokes, the screaming yes and no and always emotional, the no clear cut answer to if he's a heel or face.
There are other ways they could use him and so much more they could do, bit instead at this point they got him being this gimmick "character" that little kids can laugh at.
