UFC/MMA doesn't have the stigma with advertisers that wrestling does.

It’s not the same but the numerous suitors of UFC programming will make offers for WWE upon striking out. WWE will be the last rights deal available until the 2020s

In the words of George Bush, somebody is practicing some fuzzy math

I dont care about shows added or even certain budget cuts.

We wwnt thru an era where biz was so good, dudes like Roaddog had a million dollar year or two. Where every house show was packed out. Where t-shirts sold by the tens of thousands. Where ppvs were wildly popular. Where tv ratings were triple and quadruple what they are now. Where wwe videogames were sold out everywhere. THEY WERE PRINTING MONEY IN EVERY FACET OF BUSINESS.

I don't care about pyro or deavors....there's no way they're legally posting their best years in WWF history, or even in WWE history if they're trying to be technical.

And next quarter or year they'll come out ans say they topped even that one.

They will. USA is not producing enough hits to act funny with WWE.
Plus the McMahons have friends high up at USA.

Right now, the worse thing that could happen for WWE is USA getting a hit that gets comparable or better ratings than Raw/Smackdown. But since that doesn't look to be happening any time soon, Vince and crew will proceed as usual.

I believe WWE has been on USA Network since 1981 I believe they’ll always be the highest bidder. I think that’s safe for as long as there is a USA Network. Fox did make an offer in 2013 and I can imagine the offer gets bigger if they lose UFC. WWE has been on Fox before in the 90s, so they’ll be alright

TV deals weren’t a real money maker, they were the conduit to advertise house shows & PPVs until Spike Tv in 2001. That’s evolved into today where they make their most $ from the tv deal. Profits aren’t what they were necessarily but if they ever were to stop hoarding talent and only have the guys under contract that they use, then the profits would follow.

I'm amazed at how they keep finding ways to make good money despite all the problems they have with their product and traditional revenue streams.

Not surprising. For over 6 months the champions on both brands have been big guys that look like stars.

Yet, attendances and ratings are still not improving and the product is still shyt..
