Something tells me that there's not going to be much difference including graphics from current gen to last gen. When they were releasing 2k15 they made sure to point out very early every difference from PS3/360 to PS4/XB1, but now we are a month away and they haven't spoken about any differences.

I think at most the current gen is going to have faster loading times, and maybe the hair will look a little better. I think they're showing last gen footage because they know that way more people still have last gen instead of current gen. I was finally able to get a PS5 this week through an exhaustive process, but I already preordered the deluxe edition which comes with the next gen upgrade.:wow:

There isnt a difference in graphics, its why they keep talking about the lighting.

The game looks great which is both good & bad. Remember how impressive 2k15 looked? Then the graphics got progressively worse until 2k19, but now it looks like they actually put effort into it this year. It really proves that VC had gotten lazy with the graphics. The last gen consoles are still equipped to produce high end graphics.

Well given the disaster that was 2K20 at least with this new installment the graphics are back to par with 2K19. Being that this is the first year and WWE 2K game on current gen consoles, I don't think we're going to get super significant leaps in changes out the gate. I will admit that some of the mechanics need work (like the ref system) and certain movess. From what I've seen so far this looks good enough for me to put in for a day 1 pre-order.

It looks much better than 2k19. I can see the ref getting fixed either before the release or in one of the first patches, i shouldn't be difficult since all they need to do is speed of his pin count. It didn't sell well but RAW 2 had the best ref system because each ref had their own pin counts, Hebner was neutral, White was slow, and Chioda was quick.

Raw 2 was the first game that I played that let you have custom themes. It was dope. There was even an element that they STILL never brought back which is timed entrances that lets you pick the length of time before the superstar appears "through the curtain" I used to have Tokyo Dome level entrances for my CAWs :wow:
