I was excited too at the time because NBA 2K was great earlier in the decade but recently NBA 2K been trash too. I wonder what EA Sports would’ve done if they had the WWE license?

I honestly think OG THQ was bleeding money years before we knew what was up. Which caused severe stagnation in the IP because funding wasn't there. This is some whole other shyt with 2k anti consumer asses trying treat this franchise like it has the goodwill of Take Two's IPs. They got it twisted. Live needs to hand them an L to wake them up.

Hidden half the roster, match types, customization features like attires & themes, and arenas behind paywalls and sold the showcase modes as planned day 1 dlc.

Exactly what I'm going to do and cop the deluxe version on Black Friday. Rey Mysterio/Ronda Rousey as pre-order DLC along w/the Ric Flair DLC isn't enough to make a day 1 purchase. Especially with the shyt 2k put out as DLC for 2k18.

Worst since 2k took over anyway. I’ve never seen a major title by a major studio where the developer is so lazy and so casual about their laziness towards a title. At this point they’re as lazy a production as the last 3-4 transformers movies. Has anything been announced besides the Bryan showcase and this tower mode that’s certainly been monetized into the ground?

When 2k officially started to take over the WWE franchise starting with 2k14, it was cool to me. In the last few yrs of THQ's run the graphics got more cartoonish with each installment but the gameplay was ok. The gameplay for these current WWE 2k games suck and the fun factor that the THQ games had are missing.

Nothing has been announced outside Daniel Bryan showcase, towers mode, or the Ric Flair edition for 2k19. Back when THQ was running the series they put out monthly updates until the game was put out. Now you don't about the full roster or game content until a month or two before release.

Exactly why I haven't pre-ordered and probably will be buying on black Friday, nikkas really had the gall to show us the cutscenes from Bryan's showcase mode too

If they do manager mode right it will shyt on 2ks universe mode, easily.

Maybe I'm biased but I been playing firepro for almost 20 years, so much depth in the game. 2k games have no soul, just glitzy graphics and dead commentary.

I was the amongst the most diehard of the diehard with this franchise. I think the best area they emulate the WWE in is in shytting on their fan base and pretending nothing is wrong. 30 bucks on Black Friday IF I'm feeling good on that day. If not its Fire Pro only until further notice.
