We have the infrastructure to support a knucklehead like this. I think there was some interest back in 2014 but some of the players said no. The pool of players we can afford (wings and bigs) aint pretty. I suggested David West a couple of weeks ago and was adamantly shot down but I was trying to tell ya'll that's the kind of player we would be able to sign. Like Hoenick said you just cant compete with the contracts that are being thrown out.

When we resign Wade & UD we will be at nine
So we will have six roster spots open
If guys like Ennis & Hamilton are getting three mil no reason more proven guys like Green & Stoudemire can't get the same type of deals or better. Pat may have to scratch the bottom of the barrow free agents. We may have to fill out the roster with some D-league type.
