OK Durant's gone so resign Wade.

If we can get Wade to sign a 1+1 that would be great. Just so we can see what's out there next summer
I think you will ultimately bring Wade back, but I don't think he's gonna be so kind to give you another 1 year deal so he can be potentially thrown to the bushes next summer. I bet he want 2/50M

We should give him 2 for $50M . I'd argue we owe it to him. But I don't think he'd get that anywhere else.

I say if they can't come to an agreement just match anything he gets err elsewhere

Assuming Wade's gets resigned for the Max, would you call this a good or bad offseason brehs?:ld:

Outside of Durant long shot, next year was all about Winslow, Richardson and TJ taking next step. At least 2 out of the 3. Oh and Bosh being healthy

Wade's salary doesn't affect any of that

Can't tell a nikka take 15 instead f 25 to scoop up Matthew Dellavadova level players

The Heat Go All In on Hassan Whiteside — The Ringer

Fortunately, Whiteside is sticking with the only system that has ever done right by him. He mentioned in the lead-up to free agency that he was going to approach this process like a businessman, but ultimately loyalty did mean something. Erik Spoelstra knows how to utilize Whiteside’s awesome talent, and for all we know, Spo might be the only one. But Whiteside alone won’t change fortunes for the better; he’ll need more around him to unlock his potential as a situational superstar. Miami’s finances are vulnerable after Whiteside’s max agreement, though, and teams are starting to smell blood: Wade, who had long been considered a shoo-in to return, now looks like an actual player on the market.

Good to me. Wade retires in Miami. We keep developing Winslow and JRich while Whiteside takes the next step forward (hopefully). It's not a full rebuild but instead we need to shift the core of the team from Bosh-Wade to JRich-Winslow-Whiteside and maybe we can snag Westbrook or Unibrow down the line.

Well probably be around a 6th seed for the next 2 years or so. I can live with mediocrity for a few seasons if it means we stay loyal and reload in the near future.
