What are you guys expecting from him this year in terms of offensive production?

His rookie year left a lot to be desired on offense. I still Feel like the kid can barely get off the ground to dunk at times so i hope he's working on his shot to make up for his lack of vertical

fukk dunking, all he needs to be able to do is slash, known down the mid range, and the occasional 3.

For the doom and gloom folks, I was checking out our 2014-15 squad, the one where Wade missed 20 games, Bosh first had the blood clot issue, Whiteside was still very raw and Dragic was only here for about 25 games. They won 37 games. There's far more collective talent on the team this year..I'm just saying

Like i said in the other thread we just might fukk around and make the playoffs if Bosh is healthy and comes back 100%. It's just that it's a HUGE IF. With Dragic with the greenlight in the backcourt, JRich continuing to progreess, and WhiteSide giving us the same thing he did last year we could challenge for a 7th or 8th seed.

BUT

While we have lost some talent , the East has gotten better. I Expect the Knicks, Bulls and Pacers to make the playoffs. Atlanta will be a top 3 or 4 seed again. I can see Toronto and Boston declining a bit but not by THAT much. 76ers will improved. If the Bucks are healthy and Detroit and CHarlotte stands pat. Only team we can say we're CLEARLY better than on paper right now is Orlando and Brooklyn.

So we need Winslow and JRich to grow up fast since we have no pick for the next 2 years

We got our first rounder next year

Knicks and Pacers should make the playoffs. I'm taking a wait and see approach with Chicago to see how their pieces gel. Milwaukee, Detroit, and Charlotte could all really go one way or the other. After Cleveland and Toronto it's still wide open.

When we didn't have Wade, at the start, Bosh was there. When Bosh went down, Wade was there so we had an offensive half-court super star at pretty point in the season.

And we also had a guy like Deng consistently around as the 2nd option for both of those offensive superstars. Deng showed last year that he's probably more consistent and well-rounded than other player on our roster now (Except maybe Healthy Whiteside) so it's hard to act like 72 games of him won't be missed.

Wade and Bosh, that year, were still better offensive players than anyone on this squad right now so having one of them does wonders.

With this young mix of shyt and potential we have i really hope the heat dont let bosh play. This what if he 100% shyt will end up crippling us for 2 seasons if the clots come back so we would be wasting some of these bargain contracts and wont be able to sign a decent vet piece to put the youngins over in the future.

Hopefully one of these dudes break out and gives us a gleam of hope to lure a star again

Yes
Without Wade and presumably Bosh, there's room for a third option and Winslow will get a decent amount of shots. I'm not saying he averages 20 a game, but I could see him getting 12 and having some scoring nights here and there.
