Stop just believing the Heat spin on this. They don't have to package Winslow or JRich to move McRoberts. They just don't want to do it. How is it possible Riley got Dragic without giving up 1 good player, but can't dump him without giving up the 2 young players all the fans cover? That's nonsense. They're just drawing a line in the sand & daring Wade to leave.

This is all Riley's fault. He completely fukked this offseason up. And Mark my words, it'll come back to haunt him when Justise hits free agency.

I don't think Wade knew either. As a friend he was just quick to forgive. He probably thought Pat will take care of him regardless..

I think Wade thought he would get a larger salary after opting out since Bron wasn't there to take up cap. Instead, Miami responds by maxing Bosh immediately instead of taking care of their most important player.

Wild part is that Bosh and Wade have the same agents.

I mean he could have got Bosh to take a little less so Wade could get more.

Here's the crazier part. If LeBron stayed with the Heat....Bosh would have got the least money out of the big 3. Then factor in these blood clots and his career up in the air he really could have lost some cash.

Ok? I know that. You're making my point. He had a lot of good players & didn't have to part with any of them for a top tier PG. All he's doing now is parting with a player on a reasonable contract in a free agency period where more teams have more $ than ever. So package a pick with McRoberts. It does not require giving up Justise or JRich.

That's out there because the Heat don't want to part with anything, the pick(s) or McRoberts, if Wade stays. They won't be able to replace his talent if they're over the cap.
