I wanted to hear more for GZA. Just had like five minutes total speaking time in the entire four hour doc.

I guess he doesn’t like to speak much.

GZA did speak but almost Masta Killa didn't speak at all in this documentary so we need more Masta Killa.

U-God still salty in this vlad interview wow... he saying everything we was thinking lol

Also spoke on ODB :mjcry: I didn't know it was that bad

Never seen the Jay-Z one but I heard that one was fire. The one for the black album.

U-God was spazzing out at “Vlod” the entire interview. Someone should have gotten Ueyy a snickers bar or something.

:mjlol: Unintentional comedy.

:smh: at RZA and Cilvarongz

This cac Cailvarongs doesn't need to be on this documentary :camby:

The RZA/Cailvaringz relationship reminds of the the issue with Guru and Solar where everyone in the Gang Starr Foundation was looking like who is this nikka but Guru was highly fond of him that's how the clan is with RZA in regards to Caolvaringz imo

Just finished it yesterday...I think they left out quite a few things. It seems like they skipped over 1994-1997 when it came to making Tical, Return to the 36, OB4CL and Liquid Swords and ironman....they really gloss over and down play how huge those albums were at the time. I mean it would have been interesting for each of those artists to talk a little about how they came up with the concepts for certain songs, titles etc

I personally became less of a fan of their albums with a few exceptions after about 1999. The quality just wasn't there to me to me at the time...but when they talked about the issue with Divine and everyone else it sort of gives me an understanding a to why i felt that they fell out back then. They were just different up to a certain point.

I also thought that they spent way too much on the guy with the glasses and not enough on the Wu affiliates, (Shyheim, Killa Army, Gravediggaz, K Priest etc) and how that all came about. Realistically, it could have been a 7-10 episode series with all of the stuff that was left out.
