cool to see ghost had a part in this ep behind the scenes even tho I didn’t necessarily enjoy it…I’ve always low key wondered how the other wu members felt about this show…rae didn’t shyt on it but during a vlad interview he seemed liked he more so would’ve preferred to have seen RZA and the clan work together to put out a movie…dicaprio’s name was thrown around a bit but I can’t recall why that never worked out…I imagine RZA definitely wanted more control…ultimately he felt a TV series was better tho than a movie which I agree with…a movie can only capture so much…went off on a slight tangent…it’s good to see some members are actually involved with the show…and not just in name as producers

Yea I agree….

I heard that Chef interview too…. I get why he would want a movie…. I mean after the success and global acclaim of SOC. He probably wanted that.

But their story definitely needed a series. I just wished we get more seasons, this wasn’t enough

These fukkin episodes, man.. They're cool for what they are but this is the last season with just 10 episodes where they're trying to cover 4 or so years, multiple albums.. They're over here fukkin around with these fukkin dream, allegorical, fantasy episodes. :martin:

The best parts of this series has been seeing the behind the scenes stories, their personal lives and the recording sessions. What do they do? Cut all that shyt out for 30% of the final season! :comeon:

I'm not gonna lie, I'm finding the final season jarring.

The decision to condense 93-97 within 9-10 eps has hurt the season. The ending of the last episode included things from 94, 95 & 96.
And with next episode being ghost its almost a year after liquid swords.. then 6 more months its forever..
So these last 2 episodes gonna combine a year and a half

wazzup with dude playing the RZA he sounds like Mojo JoJo from powerpuff girls
I had a Trainer that sounded like him, Voice was mad deep :dame:

He was a Former Military Breh so I never called him out on it but dude reminded me of the Voice from the Arcade Game, Area 51.. the voice telling you to reload when You were popping too many Aliens.

You peep the end of the EP when GZA was popping shyt saying he album was better than OB4CL cuz he had all the brothers on it :pachaha:
It's a tough call and think it boils down to personal preference. As far as bangers, style, and accessibility OB4CL is proabably considered the "better" album by most hip hop fans.

GZA is a wordsmith and technician with a low key personality...you have to really pay attention to catch his bars. Personally, Liquid Swords is my favorite between the two. It was dark, cinematic, immersive, and had some truly classic verses from RZA, Deck, Killah Priest...the whole Clan showed out. Ironically, one of my favorite tracks on that album was the one song that only has GZA on it:
