Just Blaze ain't a fan of the engineering for the Ruckus In B Minor joint :lolbron:

Could've been better, but still a dope record :yeshrug:

Just Blaze is used to a "clean" sound. He has never made grimy group track so I take his opinion with a grain of salt.. I'm listening to Ruckus in B Minor again right now and I believe the "off beat " parts are intentional. The transition between GZA and Rae's verses is odd but it works.

I gotta agree with Just Blaze, the track sounds like a mess. There's "grimy" and then there's just patching vocals everywhere. Rick Rubin put the ODB vocals on the track but I think RZA did everything else.

Most of Wu's best tracks sound like that. Just is just too used to that harmonic blended sound, while Wu at full force is organized chaos. RZA's one of the few that can find a middleground for so many dudes that sound so different from one another.

He mixes everyone's voices differently too because he knows how they all sound best.

He did have the worst verse but Ghost ain't done. Yes just wearing himself thin now. He's just been doing waaayyy too much sh!t, consistently, these past 7-8 years. I do believe he probably has 10 albums he's done that's not even released.
