I still play this album all of the time. It's best played late nights, on long drives. I play this more than Wu-Forever.
The worst beats aren't done by RZA, but Masta Killa, Deck & Mef float all over it, and it's the most inspired GZA sounded in decades. It does help if you're more into soul music, in that it seemed the direction RZA wanted to take were more of the blaxploitation-themed soundtracks. It works as a grown man Wu album. Ghost, Deck, MK should've been at home, since that's their chamber.
