Post it. There's been 0 official papers even acknowledging alien craft.
I respect Davis like Grusch unlike people like Elizondo and the redhead freak,Couldn't find the actual paper, but this is from Eric Davis. Apparently he was director for aerospace and astrophysics research.

(a plausible non-alien explanation)More concerning are the capabilities of the craft. Lights don't mean anything or serve another purpose if these are alien devices (which hopefully they aren't).
Me personally, I'd need to hear the capabilities of these crafts to make a judgement. There are reports that they do things like drain batteries and "disappear" if you get close.
Then there's the whole practical thing. What's their power source to stay up there so long? Who gave them authorization because law makers raising hell? What are they doing violating the airspace of other countries? What are they doing around sensitive installations as well as residential areas?
The "move along, there's nothing to see here" people are just as bad as the conspiracy nuts...
Where is daytime footageAre people seeing these during the day or is it all night time mystery sightings
People realize they're planesWhere is daytime footage

(a plausible non-alien explanation)
They saying it was some kind of incident with nukes (something was lost or broken during transportation) that the government doesn't want to talk about. Drones like the Lockheed Martin RQ-170 are launched at night to scan the area for sources of ionizing radiation or weapon signal.
