That's only partly true...and it only applies to some. Berbers in North Africa also have Eurasian ancestry...the Sub-Saharan African ancestry is relatively new and very low. Berbers probably have on average as much SSA ancestry as African-Americans have Western European ancestry....its significant on average but not enough to call a berber a black person, or a african-american a white person.
You should have said they have Sub-Saharan genetic input and I would not have disagreed with you...but you foolishly and incorrectly stated they are Sub-Saharan People and this is just not true.
