Also I feel the players are not given a chance to show their real personalities, they have absolutely no charisma and just do shyt for the cameras.

@ the knowledge being dropped in this thread.The powers that be found ways to play our people against one another and intentionally promote artists who would water down our entertainment (black music, movies, television, dancing, comedy, etc) and present very warped, negative distortions of it.
They're purposely going out of their way to promote all of this negativity (thugging, killing our own people, having oow kids, drug use/distribution, being uneducated, ratchetness, twerking,) and play it up as cool because they don't want us thinking too much.
Very few of us actually own anything
Couple these indoctrination methods with the systematic destruction of the family unit through second/third wave feminism and we're left with a sorry generation with no leadership or guidance to look to, unfit to lead black people to a better place.
What hurts the most is that too many of us either don't care or don't know enough to be able to help ourselves unite and pick ourselves back up as a people.
