About to get life without parole or the equivalent of it with the amount of time they will serve him.

ATL, but rasied in DMV
I did this all the time when I lived in the DMV, pulling into someones driveway to make a three-point turn. But I never felt comfortable doing this in a White neighborhood, or since I moved to Georgia closer to a lot more White people. But this man needs to be jailed immediately, and the same for the one who shot the young 16 year-old brother for knocking on his door last Thursday night. But below is a instance a few summers ago, when I myself felt a little disrespected as this brother used my driveway to make his three-point turn. But I had reason. I'll leave the story in a spoiler.

The only reason it irritated me a little, was because it was pitch dark, and I was in my front yard, not too far from the garage. And I was standing not far from the flood-light, which made me think he at least recognized me. So out of all the driveways he used to do his three-point turn, he chose mine, knowing I was standing right there in the light. I wasn't sure if he was visiting me, lost, or coming to do harm. He did it so slow, without a wave or nothing. He could have a least gave me a nod, to let me know he was cool. He did it so slow, I just stared at him the whole time he was backing out. Then he sorta got an attitude, saying he was cool, as if though I never seen a brother do this. Then he looked at me like he wanted me to say something. Like I said, I did this plenty of times myself, but I try not to do it late at night when somebody's in their yard, and both driveways of the house on each side is empty, and every other driveway on the block is empty. But if I do, just out of respect, I would at least give them a short wave, or a head nod, to let them know I'm cool.

My neighborhood is mixed, and I assumed he did it because I was Black too, and he could trust me. But something still felt off, because of the reasons I just gave. And his weird response showed me I was right. Like I said, it was almost like he wanted that to turn into some kind of argument. I know the dude was jealous because I had a nice house, with the grass clean cut, etc... I was still doing yard work. I also had an older car in the driveway, which was probably newer than the one he was driving. But I really believe he recognized me, and probably been in my neighborhood before, and probably knew I lived alone. These dudes down here take their jealousy to a whole new level. I mean those brothers get jealous fast in the DMV too, but these brothers got them slightly beat, and I do mean slightly beat. Plus a lot of them be armed down here, like I'm pretty sure this dude was. I was too, but you never wanna feel like you may have to use it.

These old dusty ass cacs brains are fried from sitting around the house all day watching and reading sensationalized news stories from the media and think everything outside of their house/neighborhood has turned into Mad Max. Anything they don't recognize is a "threat"
