the 02-05 era was solid but it was a drop off storyline and character wise from the Attitude Era and it was almost as if they knew it.

They focused on building new stars and characters which produced a lot of misses but some good hits. And it was sort of unique having the show and brand not focused on one central character like Rock, Austin, HBK, Bret, etc as they had been during most of the 90s. Outside of HHH beginning his reign of terror, who the top babyface was, was up in question until Batista and Cena rose to prominence.

at least bikertaker made me hate him. i rooted against him in every match with all of my being. I remember wanting jeff hardy to win that ladder match so damn bad too

Even before I became a “smark” I stopped fw Cena when I was 12, I didn’t like that his character became all cookie cutter and cutting corny ass promos. Same reason why I never liked red & yellow Hogan

Wrestling fans kill me with their revisionist. I was binge watching old wwe intros and nikkas in the comment section always talking bout the good old days.

Smackdown was ass in 2004. Outside of Cena and Eddie's story-arc wasn't shyt interesting about Smackdown. Don't even get me started on how shytty Raw was, especially in 2006 omg.
