Is it? I know that Austin winning the title is looked at as a historic event, but I don’t know if the rest of the card gets treated the same way.

It's just from top to bottom, X-Seven is the only WrestleMania from that era that consistently gets put in the GOAT category.

Fair enough. Obviously its not as good as X-17 but I do consider it a classic. Admittedly I may be nostalgiac about it because I was there and it THE best atmosphere of any wrestling show Ive ever been to but I thought most people rated that show highly.
