I watched the behind the scenes on the blu ray and apparently the script was way more raw, they had to cut a few scenes out because Natalie's mom wasn't having it and this was probably one of them

There was another scene they cut where Natalie was supposed to come out the shower and Leon comes in and she just stands there buck naked trying to tempt him

I like the movie but there's just no getting around the fact that it has a weird underlying message defending pedophilia, the director himself was into fukking lil bytches and one of them actually spoke out about it on the behind the scenes
