First off its not a one drop rule it's a "if you look like you're of African descent then you're black" rule. Rhonda Rousey has black blood but nobody considers her black. The only places where that rule doesn't apply is in countries where whites are the minority like Brazil, Latin America. The reason that the rule doesn't apply in those places is because whites want to keep blacks divided/weak, and use the mixed race population as a buffer between them and darker skinned blacks. If you look at places that acknowledge a difference between black and mixed, the darker skinned blacks are much more oppressed in comparison to darker skinned blacks in places that don't really acknowledge a difference.

Those people were INCLUDED in the white race over time due to racial politics. The white race needed the numbers. Those people pledged their allegiance to white supremacy so they were accepted into the race. Race isn't based on biology, it's a social construct. You don't even have a clear understanding of race and you're trying to argue with someone.
