Would you stay with a chick if she hooked up with a potential business associate. 12 years ago, before yall got together.

You met the business associate recently and he wants to do business and hang out on some business buddy buddy issh, but she claims, the potential business associate was her best friends ex, who used to date him. And the potential business associate used to be verbally and physically abusive to her. Not sure if they messed around, but it was 12 years ago since the her best friend got with potential business associate.
