-After careful consideration, I'd do it.

-I work the night shift & nobody would call me during the day when there's someone on site that can fix a problem long before I'd get there. Anything needs to be ready next day I do before I leave. Facility isn't open on weekends unless there's a permit & I'm not obligated to do those.

-I'd postpone starting my business for a couple years then quit.

nalc contract states no carrier should be on call....why we tell cca's to not give supervisors their cell phone/ home numbers...

u show up everyday like u a regular carrier and clock in like a regular carrier.. they will find something for u to do no routes they will send u somewhere else..

hell when I was a cca ...a steward told me don't waste my gas going to other stations...drive a postal truck...lol to and from they have to pay u
