  • Your job responsibilities will be exactly the same as your current job so you are fully trained it's just a new employer
  • 1 million dollar a year salary after taxes
  • Cannot work for any other employers and cannot start your own business
  • Must be on call 7 days a week for possible issues
  • No benefits included with the job
  • You cannot buy any health, dental, or vision benefits
  • You cannot go on someone else's insurance
  • You cannot invest the money you make or gain interest from the salary you make
  • For your normal schedule you must work at least 8 hours a day M-F

Only bad parts are not having benefits/insurance: would just go on my wife's plans. I didn't buy it. 😏

I'm in HR, the worse thing I'll get pulled into 7 days a week is a Zoom call for some grievance shyt.

In short, yes.

Yes

The 7 days on call part would be tough, but I'm literally on call right now. My team hasn't had a serious incident in months because we built so much monitoring and emphasize code quality.
The no insurance part looks like a gotcha but honestly I'm healthy and I think even if you need like cancer treatments a million cash should be able to handle most medical emergencies

He took the military, exponentially increased the salary, and yanked health benefits. You'd be an idiot to sign on to that

Even the military has promoted investment options :mjlol:
