The race of the cops made no difference. Everybody who is from here have emphasized that. Black cops here have been just as bad if not worse. Cops of all races represent one thing and that is they protect white supremacy. It's a police brutality issue at heart but any time it involves a unarmed black it automatically become racial due to who the police are here to serve and protect

Tribal justice and white police justice are not the only two applicable types of justice. There is also the justice where black people just fairly judge black people in a court of law.

I agree with all of this but don't see why blacks are also unable to have a court of law. OP is pretty much presenting two options when there are many more than that.

The police of a community should not only reflect the racial makeup of that community, but also live there.

You'll be much less likely to brutalized people you live next door too. These cacs are policing black communities then driving home 30 miles away to a Lilly white community. Safe from any accountability for brutality.
