Would you prefer community justice in Africa over dealing with these cac police in America?

Yes, they are shell shocked and now a criminal just looks like any black person they see on the street, instead of someone who has been identified as a criminal. It doesnt help that cacs, actively patrol black neighborhoods for crimes they do not actively patrol white neighborhoods for, like drugs when the numbers show cacs are the biggest drug users in america.

I strongly dislike this thread.
OP characterizes "African tribal justice" as a norm. This is troubling given how mob/vigilante justice attacks and kills persons without evidence to prove their supposed crimes. It also weakens societal norms of justice because those who are innocent can be unjustly killed. Also, there's little protection a state can offer its citizens when vigilante killings are the norm.
There shouldn't be an either/or regarding this immoral form of violence and state-violence wielded by a structurally racist state like the U.S.
All people should want to live under justice systems which offer ample protections and rights to ALL its citizens. Rights such as a fair hearing/trial prior to a state giving punitive measures.

It was created to have an objective dialog about the positives and negatives of both systems.
Angry as the coli militants are about the police in the US they're not leaving in boatloads to return to the motherland.
A thread like this will find out how real some people are about their militancy.

Why isn't the options presented between a judicial system dominated by blacks versus a judicial dominated by whites instead of a white supremacist judicial system versus African mob-rule?

Why don't you.... the Ghanaian judicial system versus the American judicial system? Does that get to the point you were trying to make with the thread?
But equality and fair chances don't exist in this system; so what type of police force do you suggest? Do we transform the system through revolution and create a new just police force with new foundation, or do we stay in said system and try to reform the police system, which is like trying to paint over a big crack in a house's foundation?
I argue that Blacks police our own communities through armed self-help collective defense. We have done it in the past and it works. We should do it again. Police in America do absolutely nothing to keep the majority of people safe; they serve and protect: serve the ruling class by protecting private property.

I agree with you for the most part.
I believe the racial makeup of cops should reflect the people who live in the area.
So if a neighborhood is 70% black 20% Latino and 10% white than for every ten cops 7 should be black, 2 Latino and 1 white.
Historical studies have shown when communities do this and have their own people policing them, not only do brutality cases disappear, but crime plummets as well; but of course, the US government will not allow this because that is not what the police is for here; its to maintain a status quo of racial capitalist oppression and fractured oppressed people
