shyt is a weird flex, its green sure but there are other sustainable building materials that could've been used and you could've used these boxes to make a bunch of starter homes somewhere outside the city where they would make a little more sense.

Building a corner lot on NYC with windows that only go one way is a travesty IMO.

Now if someone want me to live there for free....

Starter homes are never coming back. Builders rather make market rate homes because it takes the same amount of time but they get more money for building non starter homes.
