Renting out the last room in a 3 bedroom apartment in Silver Spring Maryland for 800$. SINGLE CHILDLESS FEMALES ONLY. I am looking for a clean moral christian living person. You will need to pay a 50$ fee for a background check, 2 weeks of pay stubs, and 1st months rent is due upon approval by me. 2 months worth security deposit is due and nonnegotiable. You will only receive the security deposit back 2-3 months after you move out when theres no damage to the apt. You will also be responsible for sewage, water, electricity, gas, cable, internet, trash, and recycling. These will add up to a flat rate of 400 dollars per month. Cash only.
We have several rules at our apartment they must be signed on a separate contract and include as follows.
No overnight guests. No guests allowed into your room. No guests allowed over for more than one hour. No male guests. Guests must sign guestbook and submit photocopy of ID to be emailed. Guests only allowed during weekends. No spending the night over somewhere one day per week. We will call the police and report you as missing. No overnight workers allowed to live here. No shoes in apartment. All shoes must be left by door none in your room. No smoking (this includes marijuana, hookah, vape pen.) No illegal drugs. No drinking. No coming into the apartment with any alcohol in your system. No alcohol in the apartment. No alcohol consumption out of the apartment. No guns in the apartment. No over the counter or prescription drugs. No pornography usage (even on cellular device). No masturbation. No webcams allowed. No coming into the apartment past 9 pm. No cursing. No talking loud. No discussing controversial topics. No using the living room for more than 1 hour. If watching TV we have preference on the channel. No TV with cursing fighting, sexual, obscene, materialistic, or vulgar messages. No sports allowed on TV. No playing cards or gambling. No listening to explicit or suggestive music. No mail sent to the apartment. No using hall lights after 9 pm. No adjusting the heat or AC. No instruments. No fans or space heaters in bedroom. No locking the bathroom or your bedroom doors. No sleeping naked. No Birth control or condoms allowed. We may enter your room unannounced. Personal items left in the living room will be thrown away at our discretion. No using our washer and dryer. Sleeping quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
None of your personal items must remain or be stored in the bathroom. No showers over 5 minutes. No bathroom usage over 10 minutes. Feminine hygiene products must be wrapped in tissue as to appear if not there. If using bathroom for releasing bowels or feminine hygiene you must spray air freshener. Expect to share the toilet if your in the shower or share the shower your on the toilet if needed. No pubic or armpit shaving or waxing. No perfume. No dying hair.
No using the stove or oven in the kitchen. You will not be allowed more than one shelf in the refrigerator and 1/4 of freezer space. No pork!. No meat allowed. No popcorn allowed. No ethnic foods allowed. No frozen food allowed in freezer for more than one week. Write your name on everything you store. No storing food past 3 days. It is expected you bless the food before you consume it. No caffeine products in the kitchen. No spending more than 30 mins in the kitchen eating and prepping your food.
