You literally have a goodburger avatar :mjlol:

i’ve run 15 miles outdoors this year already...we just having fun breh

Ed in Good burger wasn't fat.

Also that's RGIII :snoop: let's....let's not talk about that. Although he might as well work at good burger. :stopitslime:

I ran about 20 miles outdoor within the past week. 3 5k's and a 10k. It was nice outside so I said :manny: going to run 5k outside tomorrow, it's supposed to be 40 degrees. It really ain't bad once you get out there.

I'm running a 10k for an event April 9th and April 10th. So I might as well practice running outside. I usually run on the treadmill, my stride is much longer outdoors.

Its weird because my jog outdoors is about 6.6 mph. But on a treadmill where my stride is shorter it feels more like I'm sprinting, but on a treadmill my jog is like 5.8 mph. So I ran about 3-4 miles outside except for when I ran 10k trying to match my treadmill jog, I can't do it, it feels like I'm bounding.

Cool...getting miles in the cold is tougher of course in the pacific nw. But, i wasnt saying you were fat or anything and i knew that was rg3 and not Kel...just saying we’re having fun and theres no reason to do the whole “dont eat unhealthy we’re lean in 2022 hit your macros! :flabbynsick:” schtick in this silly ass thread :manny:

It's all love and jokes but someone's gonna take it to heart and take it seriously and either cut their diet or start running.

I made it a daily effort to drink at least a gallon of water a day from this place. Although I didn't drink pop, juice or alcohol, I wasn't drinking an entire gallon a day. It was that thread that made me give it a shot and since then my overall health has improved.

Hopefully cats recognize the Lil gems in some of the posts and take them serious or implement them in their life. It's probably a lot more fun to run in the Pacific Northwest than it is in the Midwest, but no matter where we're at its important to get it in.
