Yes, but only a NY legend.`Which is nothing to sneeze at. Though he has never had a classic album. His catalog has more than enough dope tracks to make a good case. He is a staple of NY rap and has the skillset to be an elite rapper, even if he is held back by myopic subject matter. He is not a GOAT contender but it is unfair to make it seem he has had no impact on the game, he def, has.

Yea.. tho he may be lacking classic albums.. sheeit... i think Kid & Play are legends.. and i dont like none of their albums.. same with Geto Boys... i like a lot of their singles and shyt but i couldn't sit and listen to a whole LP..
