As a nikka on probation right now. ill choose probation. if you can put down the weed you straight. Work out? can do that on the the outside. read books? can do that on the outside. but nothing, i repeat NOTHING was worse than lat window and seeing looking out that window and seeing people living, walking, laughing, doing day to day shyt and you stuck behind the wall trying to call your lawyer on the bullshyt phone for the 4356th time probation all day. aint no p*ssy in jail breh.

I've been locked up 3 times...never for any years...a month, a few weeks here and there...all in all would add up to about 2 and a half months. Seeing as though Prison is better than county: Better commissary, you can have a tv in your cell, smoke some weed if you play your cards right...Especially if it's a Minimum Security open yard? Boyyyy...that 3 months ain't shyt. Also, nikkas who get raped in the joint carry themselves wrong or accept shyt from people they're not supposed to, befriending the wrong nikkas, thinking they're out here trying to help you. I rap...I'll just battle rap like I did in county...help illiterate nikkas read their letters like I did in Juvy...I can make water bag weights and do some calisthenics, get my write on...It's only 3 months.

What type of probation are we talking here? Spotlight probation, where they can come to your crib anytime they want? Where you're wearing an ankle monitor as a grown man? Where your PO can decide you're not trying hard enough and violate you because he feels like it? shyt, I was on probation in Texas...I skirted on those fukk nikkas. I'll be damned if you put some time over my head for some shyt I ain't do and expect me to eat that. Nope. If I only had to do 3 months, I'd gladly do 3 months. I've been homeless longer. I'm not gonna live under another man (or woman's shadow...and those bad bytch probation officers are flat out dirty, too)

The prison is low security. High potential for a come up thru the drug trade/enforcer/predator. Basketball/gym at least 2 hours a day. You don't know anyone in there. No sex unless your raping n*ggaz. Gangs run the joint. The food includes peanut butter jelly, cereal, plus an apple with disgusting project tap water for nourishment.

3yrs probation- check ins every week with your PO. Can't travel unless cleared by PO. Must keep a job in order to not be violated. Can't get in trouble with the law or you will have to go to prison for a mandatory 180 months.

I would choose the 3 months. What about y'all?

There aint no REAL shyt going down in low level security places like you just posted. Most of the time the raping gets stopped because it's not supported. Even so, rape in prison is RARE. Homosexuality is not supported and halted at first glance. Though; this is not the case for ALL prisons, it is for MOST. Also, if it was low security; they'd be getting FAR more than 2 hours of free roaming around the facility yard / housing units. Low level joints nikkas are far more relaxed 'cause they know they getting out. Compared to level II and above where they got 15-life, shyt gets wild in dem upper places compared to lower. Of course lower level places have shyt going on too, but the way you described it was like a juvenile detention center

Either way, you're considered a convict once you plea for probation on a felony OR simply put in the prison system physically. I'd take three month bid because after you're out you're good. But on probation for 3 years, fukk that.
