I've never been to prison or been on probation, but I'd rather be outside of the jail than inside of it.

But then id be scared to leave the house for fear of violating and getting sent to jail, so my loft would become a prison.

I'd still take the probation.

being that Ive been deployed in some of the worst places 6 times, Ill take the prison sentence easy.

The prison is low security. High potential for a come up thru the drug trade/enforcer/predator. Basketball/gym at least 2 hours a day. You don't know anyone in there. No sex unless your raping n*ggaz. Gangs run the joint. The food includes peanut butter jelly, cereal, plus an apple with disgusting project tap water for nourishment.

3yrs probation- check ins every week with your PO. Can't travel unless cleared by PO. Must keep a job in order to not be violated. Can't get in trouble with the law or you will have to go to prison for a mandatory 180 months.

I would choose the 3 months. What about y'all?

Like having a job is a bad thing. And there are exceptions to the rule when it comes to violations. And check-ins every week sounds excessive; more like once a month.

Prison look worse on your record. You would be considered an ex convict. Probation will be off your record in 7 years. You being in prison will always be on your record. So, it’s asinine to take the prison sentence.

Ha bruh? 3 years of probation will rape you financially. You gotta pay a monthly fee just to be on that shyt, then you gotta pay for any drug tests or classes out of pocket. I was on papers for 2 years and that shyt cost me over 20 racks easily. Not even counting in the lost money from all the time I had to take out my day to go see the PO, go to this class, go to that class, go drop a sample. fukk 3 years of papers. I'd take 3 months with the quickness. Plus they dont send people down the road for 3 months. If you catch that you going to the local county lock up. And its a good chance you gonna be in there with people you know.

Naw it ain't that cheap. I know a dude who was on for two years and when he got off, he literally made this face ---->
Probably the most expensive mistake he ever made and I'm sure if it was way more that $100/month and a few meetings.
