A lot of the early NES games used that style of box art.
But yeah, that game sucks. I remember played it when it was fairly new but I also bought it for a few bucks when all the game stores were selling NES games mad cheap in the mid 90s.
Tecmo World Wrestling is pretty good... but tough.

Royal Rumble and WWF Raw were classics.
I agree, i spent countless hours playing both these games. I still play WWF Raw and im looking to cop Royal Rumble when i see it at my local retro games store
hey yo did you finish that career mode on WM 19? sh!t was dumb like you would get fired and you gotta fight everyone on the outside and had to throw em' off of sh!t lol it was dumb, but the roster on the game was ill as hell and the gameplay was aight, but I didn't play it because of the dumbass career mode had me pissed off lol

The biggest letdown I actually thought EA would come through
lol I hated Schivonie's bytchass always saying Oh my goodness, call the ambulance, he is hurt!!! like shut your bytch ass up,
and he would say the jackhammer for a move eventhough Goldberg wouldn't even be playing had me doing the 
this game had a dope season mode in which you were the booker and you could book everything and you can have someone jack another dude's shyt backstage, surprise attacks, and a bunch of other sh!t, but the gameplay was fukkin' wack as hell and was a let down. the game would have be GOAT if it wasn't for the wack ass gameplay

i thought attitude was innovative. if you were an attitude era fan when that game came out you knew nothing was better than it. Acclaim? BUT that was the last company that cared about their wrestling games.

any game LJN ever made....that right there is a game company who never made ANY good games.
This game was awful.
I remember if you somehow got outside of the ring with Andre the Giant, he was NOT capable of getting back into the ring.
So you just had to take a count out/dq loss. I dont know if they made him that way due to his size, or if it was just a glitch.
Also, the camera angle of the game was awful
I have fond memories of that game, so it doesn't make my list.

I'll give you that because if you were a WWF stan you didn't have any other games to root for until THQ took over.
THQ/AKI was killing it from 1997-2000 with WCW vs. The World, WCW/nWo World Tour, WCW/nWo Revenge, WWF Wrestlemania 2000 and WWF No Mercy (these two are the best Attitude games, IMO). GOAT grapple system. That's a legendary run of games and I prefer any of them 100x better than War Zone/Attitude.

I like this one too.
But yeah, I agree the way they set up the camera was terrible. But I loved running through the tag teams as Player 1 with Warrior or Hogan by my side.

Game only had tag team, one-on-one and "survivor series" (which just meant tag team elimination) mode.
Had a dope roster, yet no storyline. Replay value of 0. Still glad I only rented the game instead of purchased it.

All I ever did in that game was set traps. I think they had something where wrestlers with similar personalities would form alliances, but it kept having these weird teams like Stone Cold and Shannon Moore. Awful game made worse that it was slim pickings for wrestling games on the OG X-Box.
