retail, retail, retail. a bunch of mostly old but now young mediocre ass white ppl, who are the dumbest motherfukkers on the face of the earth. The corporate environment is just terrible, pay is shyt unless your a GM or working in corporate. Can't move up the ladder unless your white or sucking someone dikk or kissing ass. The more higher end/luxury the environment is, the worse the type of people you deal with. just an overall failing industry just now and the past 12 months adjusting to internet sales. Its a a dying model, retail going to shyt I'm telling yall.

Depends on the company and what you do there. I've had my share of retail jobs though. Then again, I work at a high end retail department store and I like what I do. Having a good staff and management helps, ALOT.


I've paid my dues though to get where I'm at now. I'm seriously thinking about writing a memoir on what went on during the two years before I got my current job though. The , fukkery and bullshyt was on 100 from the other places was .

I just spoke to a guy who was a cleaner in the restaurant i worked at during college. Told me he cleans a Chinese restaurant now, and the toilet won't flush so he has to scoop shyts out of there if customers/staff doodoo. Has to bag it up and throw it in their container, then after hours dump ( ) outside somewhere.

They had contracts with several hotels, kitchens, restaurants across town.

They would to pick up backs of wet/dirty towels, aprons, mop heads, etc ett. Trucks would come to the dock and unload these bags in the back of the building and they would sit for hours until someone sorted the towels, rags, aprons, uniforms etc, etc

So my first and last day. I go to open up one of the bags and that bytch is crawling with fukking maggots. And not the little ones, gigantic fukking maggots. It was the middle of summer so while I was bothered by it, just thought it was a one off and did my job.

So the next bag, same thing, and the next bag, same thing.

It was then I saw it was a pattern. I was looking around at the other workers and they wasn't really tripping on that shyt.

The smell was bad, it was hot as hell, I couldn't wipe the sweat off my head cause my hands were always dirty, I wore glasses and they kept falling in the dirty clothes piles, getting the garbage on them, and worst of all the maggots were fukking ridiculous.

The lady who gave me the job told me the job is not for the faint at heart, but me being me I was like I can do it.......till this day I can't even look her in the eye cause I walked off the bytch same day. They were only paying 10 an hour too.

I trained for Cintas a few years back and this was the exact same thing they had to do. The maggots all in the towels and aprons was some of the most disgusting things I had ever seen.

Working in consumer banking. Most of the customers were cool but the corporate mandates made it hard to please everyone. Having someone who never step foot in the neighborhood the bank is in tell you how to do your job and deal with the customers made it stressful. I had to bend a lot of rules and surprised I wasn't fired before I left after 10 years. I probably waived the most fees out of anyone I know and had to constantly hear about it.

Go to school , finish, get somewhere where you can save up. If you can get in with a government job, that's probably ideal for a lot of people. Start a busines if that's what you have in mind. Get with a woman that will strive with you legally.

Don't run background checks brehs

Had a bytch I worked with (white of course) transfer to another location because she was lazy as fukk . A few weeks after she got there, she got arrested by bounty hunters while on the clock . She had multiple warrants for her arrest but this was for prostitution in Vegas . They took her all the way to Clark County jail and stayed there for two weeks.

She begged the COO for her job back and of course , she got it.

Still , she got canned two months later for being lazy on the job.

My manager there had a warrant for his arrest for statutory rape ( fukked a 16 yr old when he was 29) in a county 100 miles away . Dude was a piece of shyt and this was just the icing on the cake for everything he did there.

However , he was looking to get on at a real estate agency and they do background checks

Hence him getting caught.


The awkwardness getting promoted with the whole company too embarrassed to explain what happened was a trip, believe me.

one of the worst is the folks who clean horse stables or scoop up horse shyt during the town parades that feature horses .. you know that shyt is all types of

2 cities ive been in, vegas and reno, when you got community service from a court case that was a spot they sent those workers for their 8 hours of service that day if you were one of the later ones to show at the center. 110 degrees and out putting stables together and shoveling shyt from trailers. been pretty lucky when it comes to jobs. i worked fast food at burger king from like 14-18 in high school, but worked with one of my best friends whos pops franchised out like every burger king in town so we just ran the drive thru and fukked around all day. his last name was mcdonald of all things running all the burger kings in las vegas could fukk with customers who were a$$holes with no repercussions. radio shack was probably the worst my first couple years of college, because of the boredom, but no one fukking shopped there ever so we would just eat and drink in the back all day but the days would crawl by
