This disproves that ALL of West Baltimore is a hood.

Most of those places aren't in the west side

Bolton Hill technically can be considered Central Baltimore and a lot of these places are almost near the county lines..

Utica NY whole god damn city is beyond fixable. Parts of Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse all these up state NY cities are dying

I honestly don't see what's wrong with Orlando like some ppl be saying. I used to Uber out there and yeah some spots are trashy, but it's pretty okay there. Maybe I just lucked out most the time
