Yeah those rust belt cities are rough, most of my mama's family lives in Toledo (I haven't been to Cleveland though)

Detroit back in 99 when I was visiting someone.
Comerica Park and about 3 blocks around it were beautiful. The rest of the city looked like it was about to fall apart at the slightest provocation.
