Whats your diet and sleep like? Initially try to get in a good 30 to an hour then get a good nights rest and see how you feel? Best bet is to try and get some consistrncy going. B12 can definitely be a good cheap option thoI be groggy and tired a lot.

My diet has been good for the past 2 weeks lol. For this whole month tho if I ate fast food that was the only meal I had for the whole day besides light protein n shyt.
I ate McDonald's yesterday, and felt like shyt 4 hours n hours, so yeah I'm good on that.
But even with eating healthy I still feel like I don't have that extra energy needed to lift more weight.
I sleep usually 7-9 hours.
