That's a boss workout.Yeah I work out. Mondays start with cardio. 3 mile run then work chest and shoulders. Tuesday I start with 3 mile run then work on arms and back then yoga. Wednesday is basketball night. I play in an adult league. Thursday swim for an hour then yoga. Friday rest. Saturday and Sunday shoot around and play pick up ball or run for 9 miles.

There's these two spanish guys at my gym that work out and do squats every day.ol

Sounds good.Strictly cardio until I burn off the unnecessary fat. Then Ill start bulding muscle.
You right but I let my side job of loading and offloading planes add the muscle.Sounds good.
Though building muscle helps to burn the fat too.
