What's your routine?

A lot of people skip doing squats and legs.
I get it. It's tough.

Yeah I work out. Mondays start with cardio. 3 mile run then work chest and shoulders. Tuesday I start with 3 mile run then work on arms and back then yoga. Wednesday is basketball night. I play in an adult league. Thursday swim for an hour then yoga. Friday rest. Saturday and Sunday shoot around and play pick up ball or run for 9 miles.

That's a boss workout.
I don't think I'd run before hitting weights though. I'd tire myself out. I leave the cardio to the end.
I hear yoga is tougher than it looks.

...and it's a good way to meet women.

There's these two spanish guys at my gym that work out and do squats every day.
Literally every day they're at the squat rack. And they have chicken legs. They don't squat all the way down.
They look like they're training for basketball because they're tall wiry guys, but it's such a joke.

I don't have a routine..do like 150-200 pull ups per week..push ups..dips..core exercises...bike around 50 miles per week...I don't lift weights..those are for people who can't or don't want to fight..
