can someone explain why the "i have a boyfriend" line hurts these guys so much?
I can imagine that if every girl you meet has a boyfriend, at some point you'll stop believing this.

but women can't account for what the previous or the next girl says."you're not my type" can sound aggressive to some guys. "oh I'm not your type? why?what's your type than you stuck up bytch." if one girl only feels comfortable saying " i have a boyfriend" she can't predict if the next girl will say it too, or how that will affect the guy. she's just trying to get away from that uncomfortable situation at that moment.

Damn, that's a fair point. I never thought about it like that. It's one thing when you have successes here and there sprinkled with the "boyfriend".
But if every chick you holla at tells you they have a boyfriend, it would get frustrating. Ugly and/or fat chicks probably have to deal with that as well, I know I've lied about having a gf a few times.
That's cowardly but that's cool.

see i don't get that. how would you ever know if she really has one or not? easier to just take her word. most girls have someone they are talking to anyway. maybe she thinks it's nicer to say that than to say he's not good enough for them?
I don't take a woman's word for anything unless she's fam. Talking to and boyfriend aren't the same thing. I posted a meme about that and many coli women shouted it down, so please if you could..miss me..with all that. I'd rather the straight truth than a lie at this stage in my life.
